Shipping and Returns

 

How long does my order take to ship?

Processing time is currently 5-7 business days. This is how long it takes for me to process, pack & post your order. Postal estimates are on top of this. If you are placing an urgent order for a gift, please make a note at checkout and I will try to prioritise packing your order.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

All orders of $60 or more are eligible for free shipping (which will be tracked), this will be applied automatically at checkout.

Tracked: If you would like tracking with your order, tracked shipping is available for $8 per order.

Express: If you need your order for a particular date or event, I highly recommend purchasing express postage, this is available for $10 per order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

I can currently ship to the following international destinations:
NZ, USA, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Germany, Finland and Sweden.

I can ship to other countries on request. Just send me a message and I can get a shipping estimate for you :)

NZ: Flat rate tracked postage available for $15 per order.

Europe: Flat rate tracked postage available for $22 per order.

Everywhere else (including USA): Flat rate tracked postage available for $18 per order.

UK customers:

Shipping to the UK is now a little trickier since Brexit and the new introduction of VAT charged to the seller. I’ve found a work around for now which is that you can order from my Etsy store: www.sheworeflowersco.etsy.com

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order - please email me within 48 hours of placing your order - sooner if possible. If I have not packed your order I will happily refund you in full, however if it has already been posted I will not be able to refund you.

Refunds and Exchange?

I do not offer refunds for change of mind. I am happy to exchange items that are in the same condition you received them, if you contact me within 48hrs of the order being delivered. Please email at sheworeflowers@outlook.com and include the following information in the email:

  • Your Name & Order Number

  • Item/s you want to exchange

  • Item/s you would like instead

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanged items will not be sent until the return parcel is received (I recommend using tracked post for peace of mind).

Damaged items:

If an item is faulty or broken, please send photos to sheworeflowers@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. If items are damaged during the post we are happy to discuss a replacement for your order if it is within a reasonable timeframe from delivery - replacements are not provided for items that are damaged after being worn.

She Wore Flowers is not liable for lost post, packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses, or any other fault carried out by Australia Post. Refunds of goods will unfortunately not be provided in these circumstances.
